Thank you for your purchase from Alli Cat Artistry. We take great care in packaging and presenting each piece, and we want you to be satisfied with your order. Please read our policy below regarding returns, refunds, and damaged items.

1. Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of original artwork and limited inventory, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, size preference, or color variance. All sales are considered final.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue.

2. Reporting Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please email us at allisonsheppardart@gmail.com with the following information:

  • Your full name and order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

We may offer a refund or replacement, depending on the item and extent of damage. Please do not discard the packaging or artwork until we’ve reviewed your claim.

3. Refunds (If Applicable)

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be issued to your original method of payment.

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

We do not offer refunds for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

4. Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.
If you believe your package is missing, please check with your local postal service and contact us for assistance.

5. International Orders

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These charges are non-refundable and may vary by location.
